Points:
Nb-44r is a high - efficiency brightener for rolling nickel plating.The light speed is fast, the flatness is good, goes the position is good, the coating is bright, the light persistence is strong, the consumption is moderate.It is suitable for the workpiece without special bending and stamping after plating.Bath is stable and easy to maintain, high tolerance of acrobatics, easy to operate, easy to grasp, no decomposition of harmful substances.

Plating solution preparation
1. Pour two-thirds of the water into the substitute tank, heat to 60℃, add the required nickel sulfate and nickel chloride, and stir to completely dissolve them;
2. Add nickel carbonate or 4% sodium hydroxide solution and adjust PH value to 5.2;
3. Add 1-2 ml/l hydrogen peroxide, dilute with water and stir for several hours before adding.
4. Add 2-3 g/l of activated carbon, stir for several hours, and leave overnight.Using a filter pump, the plating solution is filtered into a clean plating bath;
5, clean the filter pump, and then fill with activated carbon 0.2 g/l, or add filter powder 0.2/ l;
6. Add boric acid to the process range, stir to completely dissolve it, and add water to the operating water level.Add dilute sulfuric acid and adjust PH value to 3.6;
7. Conduct continuous electrolysis with a wavy cathode at a low current density of 0.1-0.3 amperes/square decimeter for more than 10 hours, until the low color changes from dark to light gray;
8. Adjust the PH value to the process range, refer to the plating liquid composition and use scale, and then add the gloss agent to the plating test.
