Brittleness is a common problem in cyanide-free alkaline galvanizing, but it is easy to be ignored.The main reason is that the coating thickness is thin and the performance is not obvious in the conventional production.Once the thickness of the coating reaches 15 microns or more, it is easy to visualize the coating foaming, falling off and other phenomena.

Bz-5 non-cyanogen alkaline zinc plating additive is made of various high performance intermediates and self-synthesizing raw materials. It is divided into three components: A, B and C, in which bz-5a is the coating crystal refining and positioning agent, bz-5b is the brightener, and bz-5c is the purifying agent.

The bz-5 cyanide-free alkaline galvanizing process has the following characteristics:

1, bright coating, easy to passivation: after passivation, the appearance of bright color, good uniformity;

2. Low brittleness and good ductility: the coating thickness is over 20 microns without foaming;Can withstand arbitrary bending test, high temperature baking above 200℃ and cold water quench test;

3. Electroplating raw materials have good dispersion performance and deep plating ability: 1A. 30 minutes of hull tank test showed that the thickness of the test plate was uniform, and the thickness difference between the size and current area was within 25%.

4. Wide range of operation: it can be operated at 0.5-8a /dm2 and 5-45℃. Under normal conditions, it is not easy to add more or less additives.

5. Low consumption and low cost: both the consumption of bz-5a and bz-5b is 50-150ml/KAH, while the consumption of bz-5c is only for carrying out wastage at ordinary times;

6, no complexing agent: suitable for all kinds of passivation process, at the same time, the wastewater is easy to treat;

7. Suitable for hanging plating, rolling plating and continuous plating.
