Scope of application

It is widely used in the metal cleaning of heat treatment, electroplating, spraying and other pre-process processes, as well as mechanical manufacturing and processing, transportation vehicle manufacturing and maintenance, mechanical equipment maintenance and other aspects. 

The performance characteristics of

1. Effectively activate the surface of the workpiece without corroding the substrate;

2, non-toxic, no heavy metals, nitrite, can be completely biodegradable, safe and environmental protection.

3, strong cleaning force, rapid degreasing, can quickly and completely remove the oil on the workpiece, especially under the condition of heating.

Matters needing attention

1. When the ability of oil removal is weakened, appropriate oil removal powder should be added or replaced;

2. In addition to the oil tank should be set overflow mouth, in order to overflow oil;

3. Use stainless steel or titanium heating tube (chemical deoiling powder);

4. When using electrolysis, the temperature should not exceed 40℃, otherwise the oil removal effect will be affected.

5. After oil removal, the workpiece shall be washed with water before entering the next working procedure (electric lifting of oil powder).
